REFUND POLICY

WHEN THIS POLICY APPLIES

This policy applies to DEGRADED Pro purchases and renewals completed through Paddle. It supplements any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK WINDOW

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of an initial DEGRADED Pro purchase. You may also request a refund within 30 calendar days of an annual Pro renewal charge.

You do not need to write an emotional essay or prove that you used the product “correctly.” A short request with enough information to identify the order is sufficient.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Use the support or manage-order link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email support@echoscarrie.com. Include the purchase email, order number if available, and the product or plan you want refunded. Do not send full card details.

CANCELLATION IS DIFFERENT

Cancelling DEGRADED Pro prevents the next annual renewal. Unless a refund is approved, access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.

DEFECTS AND NON-DELIVERY

If paid access is not delivered, is materially different from what was described, or does not work because of a defect we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, contact us or Paddle. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

PROCESSING AND ACCESS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. Bank processing time can vary. Refunded paid features may end when the refund is issued, while any free features that remain available can still be used.

ABUSE AND MANDATORY RIGHTS

We may decline duplicate, fraudulent or abusive requests that fall outside this policy. We will never use that discretion to remove a statutory refund, withdrawal, cancellation or warranty right that applies in your country. Where local law gives you stronger rights or a different mandatory process, that law controls.
